Vignale Lounges

Cushioning befitting the status

cyber-Wear produces luxury cushions for the Ford Vignale lounges

The Vignale lounges in the new Ford stores, of which there are a total of 500 in Europe, gradually being built primarily in large cities, represent the sales premises of the future: In the exclusive atmosphere of a showroom, which takes on the central design elements of the premium vehicle equipment range of Ford Vignale, interested parties have specially-trained customer managers available to create a relaxed consulting atmosphere. Tailor-made customer service and showcases with the high-quality accessories from the Vignale Collection, developed by cyber-Wear, round of the special customer experience. For the seating area in these lounges, cyber-Wear has produced two cushions for Ford, which also incorporate the materials, colour scheme and design elements of the Vignale models: the luxurious and soft leather which is very pleasant to the touch, warm colours and decorative quilting seams in the characteristic diamond and hexagonal patterns make the high-quality cushions special. cyber-Wear has produced prototypes as well as 1,000 units of the cushions, designed by Ford Design, one in brown and one in beige, for each Vignale lounge. Around 70 have already been delivered to the newly opened Ford stores, while the rest are at the partner warehouse responsible for building the lounges.

A badge with what it takes to be a brand hallmark

cyber-Wear helps Ford approach customers with a high-quality accessory

Vignale is not merely the byword for the highest quality vehicle equipment offered by Ford; the premium concept also includes special customer service at the dealership, beginning with advice and the initial sales pitch. In the exclusive atmosphere of the Vignale lounges in the new Ford stores, specially trained customer liaison partners can answer questions on every aspect of the Vignale models and respond to customer needs with tailor-made solutions. New cars are personally delivered by the dealership managers and, when a service falls due, a pick-up and collection service and free car washes over the entire life cycle underscore the very high standards to which Vignale aspires. cyber-Wear has developed a premium quality nametag commissioned by Ford for the Vignale lounge managers: a badge made of aluminium, with a laser engraving of the Vignale logo and specially tailored to the form which, with its capped corner, pays homage to a characteristic design element of Vignale. This means that the specially trained customer advisors are wearing both their own names and the good name of Vignale on their lapels. The aluminium accessories are already in use in the 70-or-so new Ford stores opened so far; 500 of these car dealerships and their integrated Vignale lounges are scheduled to open gradually throughout Europe. Moreover, trade fair staff are being kitted out by Ford with the high-quality name badges at every automotive and design fair in Europe, with the aim of projecting as attractive an image as possible to the customers there as well - right from the very first glance. cyber-Wear is, as always, also responsible for the production.
